| Abstract: | Three new briarane diterpenes, juncins O-Q (1-3), along with five known briaranes, praelolide, junceellin A, gemmacolide A, gemmacolide B, and junceellolide D, were isolated from the EtOH/CH(2)Cl(2) extracts of the South China Sea gorgonian coral Junceella juncea. The structures of 1-3 were established by extensive spectroscopic analysis, including 1D and 2D NMR data. |
