血浆D-二聚体和VWF测定在肺癌诊治中的研究

本文用ELISA法测定了51例肺癌患者血浆D—二聚体和VWF化疗前后含量。结果肺癌患者化疗前D—二聚体和VWF含量显著高于正常对照组及良性肺病组(P<0.001)。治疗缓解的患者血浆D—二聚体和VWF含量明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),治疗无效或恶化者血浆D—二聚体和VWF含量持续在高值或进一步升高。肺癌患者当伴有感染和/或咯血时,血浆D—二聚体和VWF含量比无感染和/或咯血并发症时显著增高。结果提示血浆D—二聚体和VWF的测定对肺癌的诊断、判断疗效和监测疾病进展有重要价值。

Study on Plasm D -dimer and VWF in The Patients with Lung Cancer

Plasm D-dimer and VWF contents were assayed in 30 normal individuals,20 patients with lung benign disease and 51 patients with lung cancer by ELISA method. The results showed that the D-dimer and VWF contents in patients with lung cancer significantly increased (P<0. 001). After treatment the D -dimer and VWF contents in plasm of the remission patients markedly decreased (P<0O. 01). Plasm D-dimer and VWF contents kept at a higher value or furthet rose in no - responders of therapy or with progressive condition. Plasm D-dimer and VWF contents were much higher in patients with lung cancer when complicatd infection and/or hemoptysis than in those without these compliacations. These results showed that plasm D-dimer and VWF detection was a better indicator for diagnosis of lung cnacer, predicting the effect of therapy and monitor of progressive condition.
