肺癌切除术后ST段损伤性抬高的临床分析

目的探讨肺癌肺切除术后ST段损伤性抬高的心电图特点和病因,及其与手术的关系。方法对86例患者术后进行12导联心电图检测。结果 37例术后ST段出现损伤性抬高,占43.02%,其中29例为心包内肺切除患者,占33.72%,8例为心包外肺切除(常规肺切除)患者,占9.30%,两组比较有统计学差异(p<0.05)。结论心包内肺切除(心包内处理肺血管)损伤心肌是术后ST段抬高的主要病因。心包外左肺切除也可引起ST段损伤性抬高。

The clinical analysis of the elevated ST segment in patients with lung cancer after pnemonectomy

Objective To explore the characteristics of electrocardiogram(ECG) with the elevated ST segments in the patients with lung cancer after the pneumonectomy and its causes. Methods To examine the ECG in the 86 patients after pneumonectomy. Results The elevated ST segments occurred in 37 patients(43.02%). Among this, the pnemonectomies in 29 cases(33.7%) were done in pericardium. 8 cases(9.3%) were done through routine operation. There was no significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05). Conclusion The main cause for the elevated ST segment was the damaged cardic muscle after the pnemonectomy in pericardium, and the left pneumonectomy out of pericardium will be the cause of elevated ST segment.
