正交实验优选桃仁煎煮工艺的研究

摘    要:目的研究桃仁煎煮工艺,为桃仁制剂的生产提供参考依据。方法采用L9(34)正交实验表进行桃仁最佳煎煮工艺的优选,考察加水量A、浸泡时间B、煎煮时间C、药材粉碎度D四个因素对桃仁煎液质量的影响。结果最佳煎煮工艺为A3B1C1D1,即将药材粉碎成粗粉,加6倍量的水,浸泡0 m in,煎煮10 m in。结论该工艺可用于指导桃仁制剂的生产。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study on water decoction technology of Semen Persicae and provide reference evidence for it and its preparetion in production.MethodsOptimization of water decoction technology of Semen Persicae was used by orthogonal experiment table L_9(3~4).It was investigated four factors,adding water quantity A,diving timeB,decoction time C and comminution degree D.ResultsThe best water decoction technology was A_3B_1C_1D_1,namely large comminution degree adding 6 time water,diving 0min and decocting 10min.ConclusionThe experimental studies showed that the technology can be used to guide production of Semen Persicae and its preparation.
