| 摘 要： | 目的：测定新生儿胰岛素样生长因子（IGF-1）和C肽在不同宫内发育状况下的值,探讨其对胎儿生长发育调控的作用及意义。方法：将新生儿根据出生体重与胎龄的关系分为适于胎龄儿（AGA）组与小于胎龄儿（SGA）组,分别用放射免疫法测定新生儿脐血IGF-1和C肽含量。结果：AGA组和SGA组IGF-1和C肽值组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。新生儿出生体重与脐血IGF-1、CP呈正相关。结论：IGF-1和C肽在调节胎儿生长发育方面起着重要作用,可作为评估胎儿生长发育的临床指标之一。

| Abstract: | Objective：Aims Measurating IGF-1 and C-Peptide values in embryos which are in different intrauterine growth situations,study the effect and significant on controlling the growth and development of embryos.Methods：According to the relationship between birth weight and gestational age divide the newborn babies into two groups-AGA,SGA.Secondly,measure IGF-1 and C peptide content by RIA,separately.Results： The content of IGF-1 and C peptide in the two groups are very different（P0.01）;Newborns birth weight and cord blood IGF-1,CP were positively correlated.Conclusion：IGF-1 and C peptide in the regulation of fetal growth and development plays an important role.They can be one of clinical indicators to evaluate the fetal growth and development. |
