| 摘 要： | 目的：观察替比夫定联合复方甘草甜素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：将48例慢性乙型肝炎随机分成两组：治疗组接受替比夫定联合复方甘草甜素治疗;对照组单纯接受替比夫定治疗。疗程均为12周。观察治疗前后肝功能恢复、HBV-DNA等指标的变化情况。结果：治疗后治疗组肝功能指标复常率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：替比夫定联合复方甘草甜素治疗慢性乙型肝炎可提高疗效,临床用药安全。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the curative effect of Telbivudine combined with compound glycyrrhizin for chronic hepatitis B.Methods：48 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into the treatment group with the Telbivudine and Compound Glycyrrhizin and the control group with Telbivudine alone.After12 weeks of treatment,the variations of liver function recovery rate and the index of HBV-DNA between the two groups were observed.Results： The liver function recovery rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Telbivudine combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in treatment of Chronic hepatitis B could improve the curative effect And was safety in clinical application. |
