罗格列酮联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效分析

目的观察罗格列酮联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 80例2型糖尿病患者,随机分为观察组（罗格列酮联合二甲双胍）和对照组（二甲双胍）各40例。观察比较两组治疗前后空腹血糖（FBG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）与糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）的变化情况。结果观察组的总有效率达95.0%,对照组仅为75.0%,两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组治疗前FBG、2hPG、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,治疗3个月后两组FBG、2hPG、HbA1c均较治疗前明显降低,且观察组较对照组降低更显著（P〈0.05）。结论罗格列酮联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效确切,能有效的控制血糖,且不良反应少,值得广泛推广和应用。

Clinical curative effect analysis of rosiglitazone combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of rosiglitazone combined with metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods Eighty cases of type 2 diabetes patients were randomly divided into observation group(rosiglitazone combined with metformin) and control group(metformin),each group had 40 cases.Fasting blood-glucose(FBG),2-hour postprandial blood-glucose(2hPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) changes were observed and compared before and after treatment between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,the total effective rate of control group was only 75.0%,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05).Before treatment,the level of the FBG,2hPG,HbA1c between two groups had no significant difference(P > 0.05),after 3 months treatment,FBG,2hPG,HbA1c between two groups were compared with pre-treatment significantly reduced,and the observation group reduced more significantly than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of Rosiglitazone and Metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes is exactly,it can effectively control blood sugar,and it has fewer adverse reactions,it is worthy of exten sive promotion and application.
