180例围术期患者抗菌药物使用分析

目的了解本院围术期抗菌药物使用情况。方法随机抽取本院2010年手术患者病历180份,对抗菌药物种类及用药时间、联合用药情况进行统计、分析。结果 180份病历,抗菌药物使用率达97.8%;给药途径全部为静脉滴注;平均用药时间为4.9d;用药合理率为52.3%。不合理用药主要表现为抗菌药物使用率高、给药时间不当、用药疗程长等。结论本院围术期患者预防性使用抗菌药物存在不合理现象,应加强监管,以提高合理用药水平。

Perioperative application of antibacterials in 180 surgery patients

Objective To investigate the perioperative application of antibiotics in our hospital.Methods The application of antibacterial drugs in 180 patients sampled randomly from our hospital in 2010 was investigated in respect of the variety of drugs,medication time and drug combination.Results 97.8% of the total 180 cases received antibiotics by iv gtt during perioperative period;The average patients had a course of treatment of 4.9 days;The rate of rational drug use was 52.3%.The main problems of unreasonable drug use involving the high rate of antibacterial agents use,inappropriate timing and the long duration of antimicrobial prophylaxis.Conclusion The perioperative use of antibacterials in our hospital is far from perfect,so the tighten control of antibacterials is necessary to promote the rational use of it.
