足三里曲马多注射联合米非司酮、利凡诺尔对瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产的临床疗效

目的探讨观察足三里曲马多注射联合米非司酮、利凡诺尔对瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产的临床疗效。方法选择本院2009年7月-2011年12月在本院住院中期妊娠引产患者92例。分为二组，观察组为瘢痕子宫孕14～26周患者50例。用米非司酮片150mg，分二次口服，利凡诺尔100mg羊膜腔内注射，曲马多100mg双足三里注射。对照组为非瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产患者42例，用米非司酮片150mg，分二次口服，利凡诺尔100mg羊膜腔内注射。记录两组用药时问、产程、产痛、宫缩、胎儿、胎盘娩出时间，产后出血量及子宫软产道有无损伤，引产成功率。结果两组间引产产程，宫缩疼痛比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），两组间产后出血量、软产道损伤、引产成功率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论采用曲马多双足三里注射联合米非司酮口服、利凡诺尔羊膜腔内注射的引产方法，用于瘢痕子宫中期妊娠引产取得了良好的效果，是一种简单、安全、有效的引产方式，值得临床推广。

Clinical effect of tramadol by point injection on Zusanli combined with mifepristone,rivanol in metaphase abortion of scar uterus

Objective To study the clinical effect of tramadol by point injection on Zusanli combined with mifepristone,rivanol in metaphase abortion of scar uterus.Methods Ninety-two patients treated with metaphase abortion in our hospital from July 2009 to December 2011 were divided into two groups,50 cases with scar uterus from 14 to 26 weeks as observation group,and they were treated with twice oral mifepristone 150 mg and rivanol 100 mg by amniotic cavity injection,tramadol 100 mg by point injection on Zusanli.42 cases only with metaphase abortion as control group,and they were treated with twice oral mifepristone 150 mg and rivanol 100 mg by amniotic cavity injection.Then the administration time,birth process,labor pain,uterine contraction,delivery time of fetus and placenta,blood loss after delivery and with or without injury of soft birth canal and success rate of labor induction of two groups were recorded.Results The difference of birth process and labor pain in two groups had statistically significant(P < 0.01),the blood loss after delivery,injury of soft birth canal and success rate of labor induction in two groups had no significant differences(P > 0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of tramadol by point injection on Zusanli combined with mifepristone,rivanol in metaphase abortion of scar uterus is better,and it is a simple and effective method of induced labor,so it is worth clinical popularizing.
