硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗顽固性心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的探讨硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗顽固性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年1月～2012年1月收治的96例顽固性心力衰竭患者的临床资料,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规综合治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用硝普钠、多巴胺治疗。结果观察组总有效率为95.8%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,观察组疗效明显优于对照组,两组间总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论硝普钠联合多巴胺治疗顽固性心力衰竭疗效显著,具有起效迅速、安全可靠、经济实惠及不良反应少等优点,值得临床推广。

Curative effect observation on Sodium nitroprusside combined with Dopamine treating Refractory heart failure

Objective To discuss the clinical therapeutic efficacy of sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine treating refractory heart failure.Methods Clinical data of 96 patients of refractory heart failure admitted between Jan.2008 to Jan.2012 were retrospectively analyzed.The 96 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group;con ventional treatment was applied to patients of the control group;while sodium nitroprusside and dopamine were applied to patients of the observation group which was on the basis of the control group treatment.Results The total efficacy rate of the observation group was 95.8%,and that of the control group was 66.7%;the efficacy rate of the former was noticeably better than that of control group;the comparative difference of the total efficacy rates of the two groups was statistically sig nificant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine is effective in treating refractory heart failure and possess such advantages as quick efficacy,safety and reliability,good economy,etc.This therapy is worth promoting.
