MSCT对胃肠道问质瘤的诊断价值

目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤（GIST）的MSCT表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经病理证实的9例GIST影像资料，并与临床病理进行对照，所有患者均接受MSCT平扫及动静脉期双期扫描。结果9例GIST中，以发生于胃部最多见，共8例，其中以胃体部居多（4例），另外1例位于空肠；腔外生长为主占多数，共6例，腔内生长1例，腔内外生长2例。肿瘤直径大于5cm者共7例，其中5例为恶性；小于5cnl者共2例，皆为良性。MSCT多表现为圆形或类圆形软组织肿块，肿瘤密度多欠均匀，内部可出现低密度液化坏死区，边界多较清晰，周围组织受压推移，增强后多数呈中到重度不均质强化。结论MSCT可清晰显示GIST的部位、大小、形态及周围结构，结合双期增强及MPR对GIST定位、定性及治疗有重要指导价值。

Diagnostic value of MSCT in gastrointestinal stromal tumors

Objective To study the diagnostic value and manifestations of MSCT in gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GIST).Methods A retrospective analysis of 9 cases with pathologically proved GIST had been done,including image data,compared with clinical and pathological comparisons.All of the 9 patients were given MSCT plain scan,arterial and venous phase scan.Results Among the 9 cases of GIST,8 cases occurred in the stomach and 1 case in the jejunum;exophytic growth accounted for most,a total of 6 patients,1 case with intraluminal growth,and mixed growth pattern in 2 cases;the diameter of tumor which was greater than 5 cm in 7 cases,of which 5 cases were malignant,and less than 5 cm in 2 cases,which were both benign.The feature of MSCT on GIST was as follows:round or oval soft tissue mass,with uneven density,lower density of liquefied necrosis,clear boundary,often moderate to intensive enhancement.Conclusion The location,size,shape and surrounding structures of GIST can be manifested clearly by the way of MSCT,combined with double phase enhancement and MPR.So MSCT plays a very important guiding role in the positioning,qualitative diagnosis and clinical treatment of GIST.
