中药内服外敷治疗压疮的疗效观察

目的观察中药汤剂内服外敷治疗压疮的疗效。方法将35例患者随机分为两组。治疗组20例,在压疮基础护理基础上内服八珍汤、外用中药（自拟方）汤剂湿敷。对照组15例,在压疮基础护理基础上采用雷凡诺尔液纱布外敷。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为95.00%、66.67%,两组比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论中药内服外（湿）敷治疗压疮效果明显,值得在临床上推广。

Observation about the effect of traditional Chinese medicine by internal and external in treatment of bedsore

Objective To observe the effect of traditional Chinese medicine by internal and external in treatment of bedsore.Methods Thirty five patients were randomly divided into two groups.20 patients of treatment group were treated with Bazhen decoction by internal and self-designed herbs by wet dressing based on the basic nursing of bedsore;15 cases of control group were treated with rivanol by external application with gauze.Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 95.00% and 66.67% respectively,there were very significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01).Conclusion The effect of traditional Chinese medicine by internal and external in treatment of bedsore is obvious,and it is worth clinical popularizing.
