急诊内科256例昏迷患者的救治体会

目的探讨急诊内科昏迷患者的抢救方法和疗效。方法对本院急诊救治的昏迷患者256例的临床资料进行分析。结果256例患者中，87例为脑血管意外导致昏迷，占33．98％；74例为中毒导致昏迷，占28．91％；95例为低血糖导致昏迷，占37．11％。其中，213例抢救成功，占83．20％；43例死亡，死亡率为16．80％，其中，13例患者于急诊室内死亡，26例患者于住院期间死亡，4例患者放弃治疗。结论对昏迷患者进行早期的诊断和积极的抢救，可以有效提高患者的治疗效果，降低患者的死亡率。

Treatment experience of 256 cases of comatose patients in emergency medical

Objective To explore the rescue methods and efficacy of comatose patients in emergency medical.Methods Two hundred and fifty-six cases of comatose patients received emergency treatment in our hospital and their clinical datas were analyzed.Results Among the 256 patients,87 cases of patients lead to coma by cerebrovascular accidents,accounted for 33.98%;74 cases of patients lead to coma by poisoning,accounted for 28.91%;95 cases of patients lead to coma by low blood sugar,accounted for 37.11%.Of which 213 cases were successfully rescued,accounted for 83.20%;43 cases died,the mortality rate was 16.80%,of which 13 cases died in the emergency room,26 cases died during hospitalization,4 cases of patients abandon the treatment.Conclusion Early diagnosis and active rescue to comatose patients can improve patient’s therapeutic effect and reduce mortality.
