急诊内科昏迷病例临床分析

目的探讨急诊内科昏迷患者的各种病发原因、诊断及治疗措施。方法以本院2010年8月～2011年9月急诊内科收治的80例昏迷患者为研究对象,对患者诊断、治疗资料等各方面因素进行分析调查研究。结果 80例患者经急诊常规抢救、紧急情况抢救等处理后,抢救成功70例,抢救成功率87.5%;死亡10例,死亡率12.5%。结论不断优化急诊内科昏迷患者的医疗诊断及治疗措施,能切实提升急诊内科昏迷病例的抢救成功率。

Clinical analysis of comatose cases in department of emergency

Objective To investigate the various aetiological agents,the diagnosis and the treatment measures of comatose patients in department of emergency.Methods Eighty cases of comatose patients admitted to department of emergency in our hospital from August 2010 to September 2011 as research object,the diagnosis,therapy materials and other factors of patients were analyzed and researched.Results After 80 patients took emergency conventional rescue,urgent rescue and other treatments,70 cases were rescued successfully,the rate of successful rescue was 87.5%;10 cases were dead,the rate of mortality was 12.5%.Conclusion The continuous optimization of medical diagnosis and treatment of comatose cases in department of emergency can improve the rate of successful rescue of comatose cases in department of emergency.
