前、后路手术治疗胸腰椎骨折临床疗效对比分析

目的比较前后两种入路治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床疗效。方法选择2002年3月～2010年4月本科收治的胸腰椎骨折患者62例,根据患者的具体损伤情况分别选择经前路、后路手术治疗,并比较两种入路的临床观察指标及神经功能恢复情况。结果 62例患者平均随访15个月;前路组在术中出血量、手术时间及术后引流量方面均明显高于后路组（P〈0.05）,而椎体前缘高度丢失及Cobb角丢失均明显低于后路组（P〈0.05）;两组术后神经功能恢复程度比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论前、后入路治疗胸腰椎骨折各具优势,应根据患者具体病情而选择相应的术式,以提高患者预后。

Comparative analysis of the clinical curative effect of before,posterior surgery treatment of thoracolumbar fractures

Objective To compare the clinical curative effect between the surgery by anterior road or posterior road in thoracolumbar fractures.Methods The 62 cases of the thoracolumbar fractures were selected in our hospital from March 2002 to April 2010,according to patients with specofic injury chose the surgery way by anterior or posterior,the two way into clinical observation of the index and nerve function recovery were compared.Results Sixty-two patients were followed up for a mean 15 months;Former road group in intraoperative amount of bleeding,operation time and postoperative lead flow were significantly higher than that in posterior group(P < 0.05),and job includes flange height loss and Cobb angle were significantly lower than lost posterior group(P < 0.05);Two groups of postoperative neurologic recovery degree was no statistical significance difference(P > 0.05).Conclusion The road before and after treatment of thoracolumbar fractures with various advantages,should according to patients with detailed illness and choose the corresponding operation,in order to improve the prognosis of patients with.
