强制运动疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能恢复的影响

目的探讨强制运动疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能恢复的影响。方法将42例脑卒中偏瘫患者分为强制运动治疗组（22例）和对照组（20例）。两组患者均给予作业疗法治疗。强制运动治疗组同时采用强制运动疗法训练。治疗前、后采用Fugl-Meyer量表评定患者的上肢综合运动功能,并进行日常生活活动（ADL）能力评定及简易上肢功能检查（STEF）评定。结果治疗后,两组患者的Fugl-Meyer量表评分、ADL及简易上肢功能检查（STEF）均较治疗前改善（P〈0.05）,且强制运动治疗组的疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论采用强制运动疗法结合作业疗法治疗,有利于提高脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢能力。

Effect of compulsory exercise therapy on the upper limb functional recovery of stroke patients with hemiplegia

Objective To investigate the effect of compulsory exercise therapy on the upper limb functional recovery of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods Forty-two stroke patients with hemiplegia were divided into compulsory exercise treatment group(22 cases) and control group(20 cases).The patients of both groups were given the treatment of occupa tional therapy.At the same time,the compulsory exercise treatment group was given the training of compulsory exercise therapy.Before and after treatment,the Fugl-Meyer scale was used to assess the comprehensive motor function of upper limb of patients,and the activities of daily living(ADL) and simple upper limb function tests(STEF) were assessed.Results After treatment,the scores of compulsory exercise Fugl-Meyer scale,ADL and STEF of the two groups were all better than before treatment(P < 0.05).However,the efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of compulsory exercise therapy combined with occupational therapy helps to improve the function of upper limb of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
