新生儿窒息复苏后早期凝血功能的变化与临床价值

目的对新生儿窒息复苏后早期凝血功能的变化以及临床价值进行评价分析。方法随机抽取2010年4月～2012年4月本院收治的新生儿窒息者46例以及同期健康新生儿30例作为研究对象,对窒息复苏后新生儿以及健康新生儿展开凝血功能的检测,并对检测结果进行对比分析。结果经统计发现,窒息组新生儿仅蛋白C水平与健康组无差异,其余各项检测指标均与健康组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对于窒息新生儿而言,在复苏后早期均存在明显的凝血功能紊乱的症状,一般会表现出高凝状态,因此,凝血功能监测对于窒息新生儿复苏的预后,具有十分重要的意义。

Early stage coagulative functional change and clinical value on newborn baby recovery from stifle

Objective To analyze and evaluate early coagulation functional change and clinical significance of newborn baby recovery from stifle.Methods Forty-six asphyxial neonates and 30 healthy newborns were selected randomly in hospital from Apr.2010 to Apr.2012 as research objects,and their coagulative functions were detected to the resuscitation of neonatal asphyxia and the healthy ones,the results were compared and analyzed.Results The statistical analysis showed that except C protein,the others indexes in asphyxia group had significantly difference to that of health group(P < 0.05).Conclusion To asphyxial neonates,there majority will be early stage coagulative function disorder in newborn baby recovery from stifle.It mostly manifests high coagulation state.So it is highly significant to detect and monitor coagulation function on the prognosis of newborn baby recovery early stage from stifle.
