重组人促红细胞生成素治疗肾陛贫血的安全性及有效性

目的探讨重组人促红细胞生成素治疗慢性肾脏病贫血的安全性及有效性。方法慢性肾脏病贫血患者80例根据治疗方法的不同分为治疗组与对照组各40例，两组首先进行常规血液透析，治疗组加用重组人类促红细胞生成素注射治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为95．0％，对照组总有效率为80．0％，两组的疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组治疗后血红蛋白和红细胞压积都有明显升高，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗组有2例在应用中出现血压升高，两组不良反应情况对比类似（P〉0．05）。结论重组人促红细胞生成素辅助治疗慢性肾脏病贫血能快速提高患者血红蛋白和红细胞压积水平，显著改善患者贫血症状，且不良反应少，值得推广应用。

Analysis of safety and effectiveness of Recombinant Human Erythropoietin in treatment of renal anemia

Objective To investigate the safety and effectiveness of recombinant human erythropoietin in the treatment of anemia complicating chronic kidney disease.Methods Eighty patients with anemia complicating chronic kidney disease were divided into treatment group and control group with 40 patients respectively based on the treatment method.Both groups were first given conventional hemodialysis and the treatment group was given additional treatment with recombinant human erythropoietin injection.Results The total effective rates were 95.0% in treatment group and 80.0% in control group respectively,with significant difference between the two groups.After the treatment,hemoglobin and hematocrit significantly increased in both groups(P < 0.05),with significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).In the treatment group,elevation of blood pressure occurred in 2 patients;The conditions of adverse reactions were similar between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human erythropoietin,as the complementary treatment of anemia complicating chronic kidney disease,can quickly increase the hemoglobin and hematocrit levels of patients,significantly improves their anemia symptom and shows few adverse reactions,thereby worthy of promotion and application.
