早期护理干预对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的影响

目的观察早期护理干预对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者功能恢复的影响。方法回顾性分析本院2008年2月～2010年2月收治入院的200例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者临床资料,将其随机分成两组,每组各100例,干预组采用早期康复护理,对照组采用常规神经内科护理,观察两组护理方法对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者功能的影响。结果两组治疗前评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;干预组在各阶段吞咽功能得分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;两组均于治疗2个月后进行吞咽功能评价：干预组有效率为91%（91/100）,对照组有效率为37%（37/100）,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论早期进行有效吞咽功能的康复治疗和针对性的饮食指导,不仅可减少并发症的发生,而且可提高患者的日常能力和生活质量,对脑卒中患者的最终预后产生了积极影响。

Influence of early nursing intervention on stroke patients with dysphagia

Objective To observe the influence of early nursing intervention on function recovery of stroke patients with dysphagia.Methods Clinical data of 200 cases of stroke patients with dysphagia in our hospital from February 2008 to February 2010 were analyzed retrospectively,200 patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 100 cases in each group.Patients in the intervention group were given early rehabilitation care,and patients in the control group were given conventional neurology care.Influence of two care methods on stroke patients with dysphagia were observed.Results Before treatment,swallowing function score of two groups was not significantly different(P > 0.05);swallowing function score at all stages of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was significant(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01);swallowing function of two groups after 2 months treatment were evaluated:effective rate of intervention group was 91%(91/100),and that of control group was 37%(37/100),the differences between two groups were significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Early effective rehabilitation intervention of swallowing function and targeted dietary guidance,not only can reduce the incidence of complications,but also can increase the daily capacity and life quality of patients,and it has a positive impact on the ultimate prognosis of patients with stroke.
