| 摘 要： | 目的 :验证早期肠内营养对重症患者应激性溃疡的预防作用 ,并对这类患者的护理注意事项进行探讨。方法 :对 77例进ICU的危重患者随机分成早期肠内营养组 (42例 )和延迟肠内营养组 (35例 ) ,分别对每例患者的胃液及粪便进行不同时间段的隐血情况监测 ,并对监测结果进行统计学处理。结果 :早期肠内营养组与延迟肠内营养组上消化道出血发生分别为 4 / 4 2和 15 / 35例 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :早期肠内营养对危重患者应激性溃疡的发生有一定的预防作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effect of early enteral nutrition on the prophylaxis of stress ulcer and to explore the nursing care of critically ill patients. Method: 77 patients were randomly divided into two groups: early enteral nutrition (EEN) group (42 patients) and delayed enteral nutrition (DEN) group(35 patients). We detected the incidence of occult bleeding (OB) of gastric juice and stool in different time. Result: The incidence rates of gastrointestinal hemorrhage are 4/42 and 15/35 in the EEN and DEN respectively. Conclusion: Early enteral nutrition may have prophylactic effect on stress ulcer of critically patients. |
