关于《教育部等五部门关于全面加强和改进新时代学校卫生与健康教育工作的意见》的专家解读促进学生心理健康的三大抓手——体育、艺术和游戏活动

摘    要:教育部等五部门印发了《关于全面加强和改进新时代学校卫生与健康教育工作的意见》,提出了要强化学生的心理健康教育,培养学生积极的心理品质,维护心理健康。针对促进学生心理健康的目标,本论文提出了三项策略,认为心理健康的促进应在心理之外下功夫,即体育、艺术和游戏活动。其一,学生热衷于参与社交体育活动,而社交体育能够有效提高学生的心理健康水平。其二,学校可通过开设绘画、雕刻、建筑、音乐、舞蹈、戏剧、电影等艺术欣赏课程,提高学生的艺术修养从而促进其心理健康。其三,游戏活动是人类成长的乐园和阶梯,学校应该开展适合不同年龄段学生的游戏活动,让学生们自己去发现、感悟、体验和应对自己的内心深处的心理需求,学会处理人际关系、适应和融入社会生活,更好地提高学生的心理健康。为促进学生的心理健康的发展,建议学校应当开展社交体育、开设艺术欣赏课程和设计符合不同年龄段的参与式和体验式的游戏活动。

Abstract:Five departments, including the Ministry of Education, issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Health and Wellness Education in the New Era, which proposed to strengthen students’ mental health education, develop positive mental qualities, and maintain mental health. In response to the goal of promoting students’ mental health, this paper proposes three strategies, arguing that we should make efforts beyond psychology itself to promote mental health namely sports, arts, and game activities. One, students are eager to participate in social sports activities, and social sports can effectively improve students’ mental health. Second, schools can promote students’ mental health by offering art appreciation courses such as painting, sculpture, architecture, music, dance, drama, and film to improve their artistic skills. Third, game activities are the paradise and ladder of human growth and development. Schools should develop game activities suitable for students of different ages, so that students can discover, perceive, experience and cope with their innermost psychological needs, learn to handle interpersonal relationships, adapt and integrate into social life, and better improve their psychological health. To promote the development of students’ mental health, it is recommended that schools should develop social sports, offer art appreciation courses and design age-appropriate participatory and experiential game activities.
