益生菌拮抗病原菌的机制及应用研究进展

病原菌引起的感染性疾病严重威胁人类生命健康及生活质量，但传统抗生素药物治疗存在健康隐患，故临床仍需不断探索抗感染治疗的其他方法。益生菌是一种可以调节肠道菌群平衡的活性物质，具有修复肠黏膜屏障，减少病原菌肠道定植，减弱病原菌毒力表达，分泌抗菌物质，抗氧化以及调节机体免疫应答和炎症反应等一系列益生作用，考虑益生菌可能是防治感染性疾病的一条新思路。本文就益生菌拮抗病原菌的作用机制，应用以及局限性进行综述，以期为益生菌应用于临床预防及治疗感染性疾病提供比较充分的理论依据。

Research progress on the mechanism and application of probiotic bacteria antagonizing pathogenic bacteria

Infectious diseases caused by pathogenic bacteria severely threat human life and quality of life. Traditional antibiotic drug treatment has health risks, therefore alternative anti-infection treatment methods should be explored continuously in clinic. Probiotics are active substances that can regulate the balance of intestinal flora and have a series of probiotic effects such as repairing the intestinal mucosal barrier, reducing intestinal colonization by pathogenic bacteria, attenuating the virulence expression of pathogenic bacteria, secreting antibacterial substances, antioxidant and regulating the body’s immune response and inflammatory response, etc. Hence probiotics treatment provides new insight to prevent and treat infectious diseases. This paper reviews the mechanism of action, applications, and limitations of probiotic antagonism against pathogenic bacteria, with the aim of providing a more adequate theoretical basis for the clinical application of probiotics in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.
