居家失能老人生活满意度的性别差异比较及Fairlie分解

目的 分析我国不同性别居家失能老人的生活满意度差异及影响因素，提出针对性的生活满意度干预措施。方法 应用非条件logistic回归和Fairlie分解法对中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查(CLHLS 2018)中的居家失能老人数据进行分析，研究其生活满意度现状及差异。结果 1 711名居家失能老人中，女性生活满意度为70.45%(806/1 144)，男性生活满意度为65.26%(370/567)，差异有统计学意义(χ² = 4.768，P = 0.029)。Fairlie分解显示，不同性别间生活满意度差异-34.23%与个体特征有关，134.23%与性别差异自身有关。结论 女性居家失能老人生活满意度高于男性居家失能老人，可通过经济援助、提供娱乐活动等措施缩小生活满意度差异。

Gender difference comparison and Fairlie decomposition of life satisfaction of disabled elderly at home

Objective To analyze the gender differences and influencing factors of life satisfaction among the disabled elderly at home in China, and to propose targeted intervention measures for life satisfaction. Methods Unconditional Logistic regression and Fairlie decomposition were used to analyze the elderly with disabilities at home from the data of Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey (CLHLS 2018) to study the status quo and differences of life satisfaction. Results Among 1 714 disabled elderly at home, female life satisfaction was 70.45% (806/1 144), and male life satisfaction was 65. 26% (370/567) with significant difference. (χ²=4.768, P=0.029). Fairlie decomposition showed that the difference of life satisfaction between different genders was -34.23 % related to characteristics, and 134.23% related to gender differences themselves. Conclusion The life satisfaction of female disabled elderly at home is higher than that of male disabled elderly at home. Measures such as economic assistance and recreational activities can be taken to reduce the difference in life satisfaction.
