黄藤素微丸的制备工艺研究

摘    要:目的:制备黄藤素微丸,并对其制备工艺进行研究。方法:采用正交试验设计,筛选出黄藤素微丸的最佳制备工艺,并优化微丸的包衣工艺,增强制剂稳定性。结果:筛选出的最佳工艺条件为A3B3C3,即蒸馏水用量215g/1 000粒、滚圆速度32Hz、微晶纤维素用量33%,成功地制备了黄藤素微丸;包衣最佳工艺条件如下:采用爱勒易包衣粉、包衣液浓度14%、包衣增重4%,黄藤素微丸经薄膜包衣后,增强了微丸的抗湿性。结论:本工艺科学合理,制剂稳定。

Abstract:Objective:To prepare and research Palmatine pellets.Methods:According to the orthogonal experimental design,and selected the best palmatine pellets preparation,and optimize the coating process pellets,and enhance the stability of preparations.Results:The optimum conditions were screened out as A3B3C3,which was distilled water(215g/1 000 tablets),spheronization machine frequency(32Hz)and microcrystalline cellulose(33%),Palmatine pellets were successfully prepared;The optimized coating conditions were established as follows;ILE coating powder,coating concentration(14%),coating weight(4%),Palmatine pellets were coated,Palmatine pellets enhanced the anti-wet.Conclusion:The process was scientific and rational.
