摘    要:目的:研究肾石通颗粒的提取和浓缩工艺。方法:以丹酚酸B含量为指标,比较逆流提取与传统单罐提取的效果和经济指标;对反渗透膜浓缩与蒸发浓缩进行比较;采用正交设计,以丹酚酸B转移率为指标,考察料液浓度、温度、压力对反渗透浓缩的影响。结果:逆流提取比传统单罐提取工艺提取率高,并且节能、缩短生产周期。在压力1.5MPa、料液浓度10%、温度30℃时能取得较好浓缩效果,反渗透膜浓缩品质量好,其丹酚酸B的保留量是蒸发浓缩的1倍以上,比蒸发浓缩节省一半能耗并节省30%的时间。结论:逆流提取反渗透浓缩工艺是一种比较科学的中药提取方法,适合在工业化生产中应用,可节能、提高产品品质。

Abstract:Objective: To study the extraction and concentration process of shenshitong granules. Methods: The content of salvianolic acid B was used as the index to compare the extraction effects and economic indicators of the dynamic refluence extraction of pot groups with the conventional single pot process. The comparison was made between the reverse osmosis membrane concentration and evaporation concentration. The orthogonal design was employed and transfer rate of salvianolic acid B was used as the index to observe the impacts of feed concentration ,temperature and pressure to the reverse osmosis concentration. Results: Compared with the traditional single pot extraction,the extraction rate of dynamic refluence was even higher with the advantages of saving energy and shortening the production cycle. Better concentration effects were obtained under the conditions of 1.5 MPa in pressure ,10% feed concentration and the temperature at 30 ℃ ,and the reverse osmosis membrane concentrates were in good quality. Compared with the evaporation concentration ,the retention volume of salvianolic acid B was one time higher and half of energy consumption and 30% of processing time were saved. Conclusion: The dynamic refluence extraction and reverse osmosis concentration technology were proved as a scientific extracting method for traditional Chinese medicines , which is suitable for industrial production. It can improve product quality and save energy.
