| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨微创手术治疗先天性漏斗胸的临床疗效及美容效果。方法：采用胸腔镜辅助或胸骨后肋软骨离断、部分切除，TC4钛合金钢板胸骨后支撑矫正治疗24例漏斗胸患儿。结果：达到畸形胸廓矫正和胸壁外表及完整性美观美容。结论：微创手术是治疗先天性漏斗胸的理想的美容手术方式。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical and cosmetic effect of minimally invasive treatment for pectus excavatum. Methods Twenty-four patients with pectus excavatum were underwent videothoracoscopic assistance or resetting part of costal cartilage behind breast bone,and supporting the breast bone with the plank of TC4 Titan Alloy for treatment of pectus excavatum. Results All patients achieved good results. the thoracic deformity was corrected and thoracic appearance was beautiful. Conclusion Minimally invasive operation is a ideal method for treatment of pectus excavatum. |
