摘    要:目的:探讨用反相高效液相色谱法(RHPLC)测定人血中血小板活化因子(PAF)方法学的实用性。方法:分析实验影响因素,并与生物法对比观察,对不同年龄段正常人与冠心病患者血中PAF含量进行测定与分析。结果:证实RHPLC法测定PAF操作简便,与经典生物法有良好的相关性(r=0.9079)。结论:用RHPLC法测定人血中PAF的干扰因素少,重复性好,测定的血PAF值具有可靠性,能较准确地反映血中PAF的水平。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the practicality of measuring plateletactivating factor (PAF) with reversed high performance liquid chromatography (RHPLC).Methods:We analyzed the factors affecting PAF measurement by RHPLC method,and PAF was concomitantly determined for comparison by bioassay and RHPLC in healthy controls at different age range,and patients with coronary heart diseases.Results:The method of RHPLC was simple,convenient,and easy to operate.It had a good correlation with classical bioassay( r =0 907 9).Conclusions:The method of RHPLC has little interference and good duplication.Using this method,the level of plasma PAF we determined is reliable and accurate.
