| 摘 要： | 目的探讨出血性脑梗死的发病因素。方法回顾分析本院5年来收住的962例脑梗死病人的临床资料。结果脑梗死后出血与大面积梗死、合并房颤、高血压、既往中风病史、年龄、高血糖有关,而与患者的性别、病前是否长期使用抗血小板药物、口服抗凝剂,病后是否使用溶栓、抗凝、抗血小板药物等无关。结论对大面积梗死、合并房颤、高血压、高血糖的病人宜密切动态观察,注意梗死后出血的可能,及时复查头颅CT/MRI以调整治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the incidence of cerebral hemorrhage of factors.
