1051例大学生“上火”的调查研究

目的:调查在校大学生"上火"的情况及其主要表现,分析其诱发的影响因素。为制定预防措施,控制和降低"上火"的发生提供理论依据。方法:制定"大学生‘上火’调查问卷",对1051名在校大学生进行流行病学问卷调查,探讨"上火"的影响因素。结果:经统计分析,经常上火的学生集中在大一和大四年级,经常熬夜(61.4%),嗜食辛辣食物(59.1%),压力大(55.2%)的学生易出现"上火"症状,主要表现为口干唇燥(50.7%),口腔溃疡(49.6%),烦躁失眠(40.6%)等。结论:不良的生活规律、饮食习惯以及过度的精神刺激易导致在校大学生出现"上火"症状。

Investigation on "Shanghuo" among 1051 College Students

This study was aimed to investigate among college students for the disease situation and main symptoms of "Shanghuo" in order to analyze influencing factors of its occurrence. This study provides theoretical basis for preventive measures in the controlling and reducing of the incidence of "Shanghuo". The Questionnaire of"Shanghuo" among College Students was made for the epidemiological survey among 1051 college students for the discussion of influence factors of "Shanghuo". Through statistical analysis of collected data, "Shanghuo" is frequently occurred among first-year and fourth-year college students, who often stay up (61.4%), eat spicy food (59.1%), or bear pressure (55.2%). The main symptoms of "Shanghuo" are dry mouth and lips (50.7%), oral ulcer (49.6%), restless insomnia (40.6%), and etc. It is concluded that bad living habits, eating habits and excessive mental stimulations are easily to cause "Shanghuo" symptoms among college students.
