| 摘 要： | 证候目前已作为中医药临床疗效评价的关键指标之一，症状与体征量化后的中医证候记分近些年来已广泛用于评价中医药干预效果。但因其存在所测量的结局层面定位不清、诊断与评价属性混淆、证候动态变化测量困难等关键科学问题未能解决而备受争议。着力研究并逐渐解决这些关键科学问题，是挖掘证候疗效评价的科学内涵，彰显中医药特色优势的基本前提。

| Abstract: | Currently, syndromes have been used as one of the key indexes of clinical evaluation in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). The syndromes scores via quantification of symptoms and signs have been widely used to evaluate intervention effect of Chinese medicine in recent years. However, several key scientific issues such as the unclear location of outcome level measured by syndromes, confusion existed in the properties of syndromes diagnosis and its evaluation, difficulty in measuring dynamic changes of syndromes are unresolved and controversial. Continuous research to gradually solve these key issues is the basic premise to dig scientific content of syndrome evaluation and highlight characteristics and advantages of TCM. |
