热休克蛋白与肝肿瘤热消融的抗肿瘤免疫研究进展

摘    要:热消融治疗肝肿瘤能够提高机体抗肿瘤免疫水平,还能改变肿瘤细胞热休克蛋白(HSP)的表达水平和定位分布,甚至使之释放到细胞外,而HSP可以通过多个环节参与获得性和天然免疫过程,HSP的细胞膜表达增加和细胞外释放可能起着重要作用。

Abstract:The level of the antitumor immunity can be improved by thermal ablation therapy of liver neoplasms, moreover, in tumor cells, the expression and the local distribution of the heat shock proteins can also be shifted, and even can be released to extracellular space. The heat shock proteins can be involved in the mechanism of adaptive and innate immunity through several ways. Thus, this review will discuss the relationship of heat shock proteins and antitumor immunity induced by thermal ablation therapy of liver neoplasms.
