抚触及穴位按摩对缺氧缺血性脑病患儿生长发育的影响

目的探讨抚触及穴位按摩对缺氧缺血性脑病患儿智能及生长发育的影响。方法将 84例患儿随机分为抚触组 (44例 )和对照组 (40例 ) ,对照组行常规护理 ,观察组在此基础上行全身抚触及穴位按摩 ,2次 d ,每次 15min ,连续 6个月。比较两组抚触前后的生长指标、神经行为 (NBNA)、智能及运动评分。结果上述 4项抚触组均显著优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论抚触及穴位按摩对缺氧缺血性脑病患儿智能、神经行为及生长发育有明显的促进作用

Effect of Touching and Acupoint Massage on Growth and Development of Children with Hypoxic-Ischemic Encephalopathy

Objective To investigate the effect of touching and acupoint massage on growth and development of children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Methods Eighty four children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were randomly divided into touching group ( n =44) and control group ( n =40). The children in the control group received routine nursing care, while those in the touching group subjected to touching and acupoint massage (twice every day, 15 min each time, lasting 6 months) in addition to routine nursing care. The growing index, neuronal behaviors, intelligence and motion score were compared in the two groups before and after treatment. Results In the touching group, the above indices were superior to those in the control group ( P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Touching and acupoint massage have obviously promoting effects on intelligence, neuronal behavior and deve lopment of the children with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.
