口服西沙比利在小肠双对比造影中的应用价值

目的　评价西沙比利在小肠双对比造影中的应用价值。方法　在 3 0例小肠双对比造影中一次服用西沙比利2 0mg。 结果　 3 0例中 ,服钡后 2 0min内完全充盈小肠的 2 9例 (占 96.7% )。 2 1例发现小肠病变 ,服药后 60min服钡剂最佳 ,无一例不良反应。结论　西沙比利是一安全、有效、服用方便的促胃肠动力药 ,应用于小肠双对比造影中 ,能缩短检查时间 ,减少检查次数及X射线对病人的损害 ,提高小肠疾病的检出率。

Applied Value of Oral Cisapride Tablet on Double Contrast for Small Intestine

Objective To assess the applied value of oral Cisapride tablet on double contrast of small intestine. Methods Each patient took 20mg Cisapride tablet before examination 30 to 60 minutes, and 30 patients were observed. Results In 29 of the 30 cases (96.7%), the whole small intestines were fully filled within 20 minutes after taking barium, the intestinal lesions were found in 21 cases, without side effect. The best time to study was 60 minutes after taking Cisapride tablet. Conclusion Cisapride tablet is a safe, efficient and convenient gastrointestinal prokinetic drug to oral double contrast for small intestine, it can shorten examining time, reduce the damage of X ray, increase the detection rate of small intestine disease.
