| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同胎龄海马nestin免疫阳性细胞的分布、形态变化。方法采用ABC免疫细胞化学法结合DAB显色技术研究人胎儿海马内nestin神经元的定位和分布。结果7例胎儿海马内都有nestin免疫阳性细胞的表达，免疫阳性细胞呈现3种形态，3种形态的细胞在不同胎龄胎儿海马内分布形式、数量有明显不同。结论人胎海马Nestin免疫阳性细胞呈3种不同的形态，其分布形式和表达数量随胎龄的变化而变化。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the distribution and morphological changes of neurons containing nestin in the hippocampus of the human fetus. Methods The localization and distribution of neurons containing nestin in the hippocampus of the human fetus were identified with anti-nestin immunocytochemical ABC method combined with DAB enhancement technique. Results Positive nestin cells were found in the hippocampus of the 5 embryonic human brain. The positive nestin cells displayed three different types in morphology. Different amounts and distribution patterns of positive nestin cells were found in different fetus. Conclusion The positive nestin cells display three different types in morphology. Different fetus show different amounts and distribution patterns of positive nestin cells in the hippocampus. |
