前S1抗原与乙肝标志物检测的对比分析

目的　探讨前S1和HBV M的关系及其临床意义。方法　采用酶联免疫吸附法对 2 90 2份临床血清进行前S1蛋白和乙肝标志物的检测 ,并对检测结果进行比较分析。结果　HBsAg阳性血清 918份 ,前S1抗原检出 4 5 2例(4 9.2 4 % ) ,其中e抗原阳性 2 2 7例 ,前S1检出 2 0 1例 (88.5 4 % ) ,e抗原阴性 6 91例 ,前S1检出 2 5 1例 (36 .32 % ) ,二者相差显著 (P <0 .0 1)。HBsAg阴性血清中未检出前S1。前S1的阳性检出率与HBsAg滴度呈正相关。结论　前S1是HBV复制的可靠指标 ,与乙肝标志物联合检测可相互补充。

Analysis of Pre-SI in Contrast to HBV Markers

Objective To discuss the relationship of Pre-S1 with other HBV markers and their clinical significance.MethodsPre-S1 and HBV markers in 2902 serums were detected by ELISA.Results Out of 2902,918 serums showed HBsAg positive,including 227 HBeAg serums positive and 691 HBeAg serums negative.Positive Pre-S1 were found in 201 serums out of 227 HBeAg + serums (88.54%) and in 251 out of 691 HBeAg - serums (36.32%).The ratio of positve Pre-S1 in HBeAg + serums was significantly higher than that in HBeAg - serums (P<0.01).In HBsAg-negative serums,no Pre-S1 was detected.The positive ratio of pre-S1 was positively related to the concentration of HBsAg.Conclusions Pre-S1 is a credible index of HBV replication,and may be of help for HBV markers in detecting.
