磷酸肌酸钠治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭疗效观察

目的探讨磷酸肌酸钠治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法扩张型心肌病心力衰竭患者48例，随机分为对照组24例和治疗组24例。对照组给予洋地黄制剂、利尿剂、硝酸酯类药物、ACEI、ARB或8受体阻滞剂治疗；治疗组在此基础上加用磷酸肌酸钠2．0g，静脉滴注，2次／d，疗程14d。观察治疗前后患者心率（HR）、心胸比、射血分数（LVEF）、每博量（sv）、每分钟排血量（CO）、心脏指数（CI）及左室舒张末期容量指数（LVEDVI）和收缩末期容量指数（LVESVI）。结果48例患者治疗后有45例心功能有显著改善（均P〈0．05）。治疗组与对照组比较，LVEF、SV、CO有统计学差异（P〈0．05）。结论磷酸肌酸钠可辅助治疗扩张型心肌病心力衰竭，改善心功能，特别是左室收缩功能，且安全可靠。

Efficacy of Sodium phosphocrentine on heart failure of Dilated cardiomyopathy patients

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Sodium phosphocrentine in treatment of heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods 48 cases heart failure of Dilated cardiomyopathy patients were randomized to therapy group（ n = 24 ）and control group （n = 24 ）. The patients in control group were given the routine treatment such as rest, oxygen, diuretic, digoxin, ACEI, β-block etc. The patients in therapy group were given both the routine treatment and Sodium phosphocrentine 2. 0 g 2 times daily for 14 days. The patients were followed up and assessment include ： HR, LVEF, sv, CO, CI, LVEDVI, LVESVI. Results There were 45 cases in 48 cases their heart function were improved obviously after treatment（P 〈 0. 05）. and the difference in LVEF, sv,CO of therapy group was remarkable compared with that of control group. Conclusion Sodium phosphoerentine can enhance efficiency in treatment of heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy, and safety and credibility.
