药物不良反应标准术语检索数据库的建立及实用性考察

摘    要:目的:为促进药物不良反应(ADR)监测工作信息标准化,建立ADR标准术语检索数据库,并以上海市ADR网络呈报资料中ADR名称项目来考察数据库的实用性。方法:以WHO关于ADR术语集为基础,建立包含别名的ADR标准术语检索数据库.编写简单查询;选取上海市2002年1月~2005年4月发生并上报的ADR报表数据7747条,分别用WHO术语集和本数据库对其ADR名称项目进行识别,观察识别成功率.以考察该数据库实用性。结果:使用标准术语检索数据库唇,ADR名称的总体识别率由89.7%上升为98.6%.未识别表达词由1140个减少到150个。结论:ADR标准术语检索数据库能有效减少需人工分析的报表资料数量,可以使不规范的习惯用语转化为标准化信息,为信息储存、检索、交流、分析打下基础。

Abstract:Objectives: To promote the information standardization in adverse drug reaction(ADR) monitoring,to establish the ADR standard terminology retrieve database(ADRSTRD) and to investigate the practicability of ADRSTRD using(information) obtained from the ADR report network of Shanghai.Methods: Based on the WHO Adverse Reaction Terms(WHO-ART) with synonyms,ADRSTRD was established and simple inquiries were compiled.The piece of 7 747 information in ADR report forms reported from January 2002 to April 2005 in the data bank of ADR monitoring centre of Shanghai was collected.The practicality of ADRSTRD was examined by observing the rate of successful discrimination of the name of ADR in matching with WHO-ART and ADRSTRD,respectively.Results: The total discrimination rate was increased from 89.7% to 98.6% when identified with WHO-ART and ADRSTRD.The undiscriminated terms decreased from 1 140(containing 461 unrepeated terms) to 150 after use of the ADRSTRD.Conclusion: The ADRSTRD may promote the information standardization in ADR monitoring,diminish the quantity of report information requiring manual analysis and help researchers to investigate data of ADR more quickly and efficiently.
