| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨管理前后我院围术期抗生素的预防性应用清况。方法:于抗生素预防应用管理前后,随机选取2008～2009年在我院手术室接受手术的患者各56例,分析抗生素预防应用改善情况。结果:管理后我院抗生素一联用药者51.79%,管理前抗生素一联用药者35.71%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后抗生素二联用药者17.86%,管理前抗生素二联用药者41.07%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后抗生素应用时间≤3d者35.71%,管理前抗生素应用时间≤3d者17.85%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后抗生素应用时间>7d者8.93%,管理前抗生素应用时间>7d者26.79%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:管理后我院围术期抗生素预防性应用得到了显著改善。
