流式细胞术检测淋巴细胞Fc受体及其对HBV感染者疾病诊断价值的研究

目的建立FcR标记检测方法，探讨FcR的表达在乙型肝炎慢性化过程中的作用。方法制备FITC标记的聚合IgG，标记淋巴细胞表面的FcR，应用流式细胞术分析急性和慢性乙型肝炎患者各病程时期FcR表达的阳性淋巴细胞百分率。结果慢性乙型肝炎患者FcR的表达较对照组和急性乙型肝炎康复患者显著低下（P〈0．01）；急性乙型肝炎患者急性发作期FcR阳性细胞百分率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）；急性乙型肝炎应用干扰素（IFN）治疗1个月后及完全康复后FcR阳性细胞百分率与正常对照组相一致。结论流式细胞仪检测淋巴细胞FcR表达，有助于判断乙型肝炎患者的病情、估测预后和指导治疗。

The study of detecting Fc receptor and evaluating its value of diagnosis in the patients with hepatitis B virus infection by flow cytometry

Objective To establish a method for labeling and detecting FcR.To evaluate the role of the expression of FcR in the persistence of hepatitis B virus infection.Methods Prepared the aggregate immunoglobulin G(AggIgG) conjugated to fluorescein-5-isothiocyanate(FITC) as label.Detecting the percentage of the expression of lymphocyte FcR in peripheral blood of the patients with acute and chronic hepatitis B using flow cytometry.Results The positive rate of lymphocyte FcR in chronic hepatitis B patients was significant lower than that in control group and in patients recovered from acute hepatitis B(P<0.01);Compared with the control the FcR expression of acute hepatitis B patients was much higher in acute phase(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in after treating them with interferon(IFN) for one month and after recovery(P>0.05).
