| 摘 要： | 目的比较复方甘草酸苷注射液经肝动脉给药和腹腔给药对急性肝衰竭模型大鼠肝功能改善作用。方法用D-氨基半乳糖腹腔注射构建实验性急性肝衰竭模型大鼠。将复方甘草酸苷注射液经过肝动脉给药和腹腔给药两种途径作用于急性肝衰竭模型大鼠，并检测肝功能指标和观察大鼠肝组织病理变化。结果肝动脉灌注给药能明显改善大鼠的肝脏功能以及肝组织形态学，与腹腔给药组比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论肝动脉灌注给药在改善急性肝衰竭大鼠肝功能方面优于腹腔给药。
