骨髓间充质干细胞分泌的蛋白及其功能

摘要：骨髓间充质干细胞的主要功能是支持和营养造血细胞，其提供的微环境由其分泌的可溶性物质、细胞表面分子以及细胞外基质组成，这三者中研究较多并且更有现实意义的是骨髓间充质干细胞分泌的可溶性物质。骨髓间充质干细胞除了可以分泌一些造血功能必须的细胞因子，如白细胞介素6、白细胞介素7、白细胞介素8、白细胞介素11、白细胞介素12、白细胞介素14、白细胞介素15、白血病抑制因子、粒细胞集落刺激因子、粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子、巨噬细胞集落刺激因子和干细胞因子，长期支持造血干细胞的造血功能。还可以分泌许多神经营养因子，如脑源性神经营养因子、胶质源性神经营养因子、神经生长因子、表皮生长因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、睫状神经营养因子、肝细胞生长因子和血小板衍生的生长因子等，这些因子可以参与中枢神经系统的神经再生，促进损伤脑组织的生存与重塑。

Protein secreted by bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and its function

Abstract: The main function of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) is to support hematopoietic cells. The microenvironment was composed of soluble substances, cell surface molecules and extracellular matrix. Soluble substances secreted by BMSCs are significant. BMSCs could secrete some hematopoietic cytokines, such as, interleukin (IL)-6, IL-7, IL-8, IL-11, IL-12, IL-14, IL-15, leukaemia inhibitory factor, granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor, macrophage colony stimulating factor and stem cell factor, which can be long-term support for the hematopoietic stem cell function. BMSCs also could secret many neurotrophic factors, such as brain-derived neurotrophic factor, glial cells-derived neurotrophic factor, nerve growth factor, epidermal growth factor, basic fibroblast growth factor, ciliary neurotrophic factor, hepatocyte growth factor, and platelet derived growth factor, which could involve in the nerve regeneration of the central nervous system and promote the survival and remodeling of brain tissues.
