内蒙古1997-2010戊型病毒性肝炎流行病学特征分析

目的了解内蒙古自治区(内蒙古)戊型肝炎的流行特征,为制订防制措施提供依据。方法用Excel软件对内蒙古地区1997-2010年戊型肝炎疫情监测资料进行分析。结果 1997-2010年内蒙古共报告戊肝848例,死亡4例,年均发病率为0.26/10万,最高发病率为0.62/10万,发病率呈逐年上升趋势;发病东部高于中部,中部高于西部;病例呈散在分布,全年均有病例,无明显季节性;男性发病高于女性,发病多见于青壮年和老年;农民较为多见。结论应该加强戊肝的防控工作,对猪进行HEV感染流行病学研究和排查工作是必要的。

Epidemiological analysis of Viral Hepatitis E in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 1997 to 2010

Objective To understand the epidemiological features of hepatitis E in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 1997 to 2010,and provide basis for marking prevention and treatment measures.Method Adopting Excel software to statistical analysis the monitoring data of hepatitis E in Inner Mongolia from 1997 to 2010.Results A total of 848 cases and 4 deaths were reported in Inner Mongolia from 1997 to 2010,the annual average incidence rate was 0.26/100 000,the highest incidence rate was 0.62/100 000,it was rising year by year.The cases in the east regions was more than in the middle regions,and middle regions was more than west,the cases were general sporadic distribution.The disease may be seen all the year round whitout seasonality,male were more than female in all ages,especially among young adults and old.Farmers patients were more than others.Conclusions The surveillance and control work on hepatitis E should be further enhanced in Inner Mongolia,especially enhanced the epidemiological research and investigation work on HEV of pigs were necessary.
