2007-2010年中山火炬开发区居民死因分析

目的 研究中山火炬开发区居民在2007-2010年的死因构成、主要疾病死亡率变化趋势及疾病谱的变化,为火炬开发区完善和调整防病治病策略措施提供科学依据.方法 以国际疾病分类ICD-10为依据,采用DeathReg2005统计软件对2007-2010年中山火炬开发区居民死因资料进行统计分析.结果 2007-2010年中山火炬开发区居民死亡人数逐年上升,死因构成前5位的疾病是循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、恶性肿瘤、损伤与中毒、消化系统疾病.其中,循环系统疾病的死亡率为29.72/万,以心血管疾病、脑血管疾病的死亡率最高;呼吸系统疾病的死亡率为12.42/万,以慢性阻塞性肺病的死亡率最高;恶性肿瘤的死亡率为11.73/万,以肺癌的死亡率最高;损伤与中毒的死亡率为3.72/万,以驾驶摩托车与机动车相撞的死亡率最高;消化系统疾病的死亡率为2.89/万,以肝硬化伴上消化道出血的死亡率最高.结论 中山火炬开发区居民以心血管疾病、脑血管疾病等慢性病为主要死因,其中慢性肺源性心病的死亡率居循环系统疾病死亡率的首位.随着中山火炬开发区人口老龄化的到来,心血管疾病、脑血管疾病已成为危害中老年人群健康的主要慢性非传染性疾病.

Analysis of the resident death in Torch Development Zone of Zhongshan from 2007 to 2010

Objective To invesigate the trends for the cause of the resident death, mortality of main disease, disease spectrum in Torch Development Zone of Zhongshan from 2007 to 2010 and to provide strategies and measures for the prevention and treatment of diseases. Methods With ICD-10 as the basis and with the use of DeathReg2005 software, the data of the cause of the resident death in Torch Development Zone from 2007 to 2010 were statistically analyzed. Results From 2007 to 2010, the resident death in Torch Development Zone of Zhongshan has been increasing year after year. The first five leading causes of the resident death were circulatory system disease, respiratory system disease, malignant tumor, injuries and poisoning, and digestive system disease. The death rates of circulatory system disease were 2. 972/thousand, with the cardiovascular and the cerebrovascular diseases the highest. The death rates of respiratory system disease were 1. 242/thousand, with the chronic obstructive pul- monary disease the highest. The death rates of malignant tumor were 1. 173/housand, with lung cancer the highest. The death rates of injuries and poisoning were 0.372/thousand, with the collision of motorcycles with motor vehicles the highest. The death rates of digestive system disease were 0.289/thousand, with cirrhosis accompanying with upper gastrointestinal bleeding the high- est. Conclusion The main causes of the resident death were chronic diseases like the Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in Torch Development Zone of Zhongshan, and the death rates of chronic cor pulmonale in circulatory system diseases rank first. Owing to the increase of aging people in Torch Development Zone of Zhongshan, the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have become the major non-ommunicable chronic diseases （NCD） endangering the health of the elderly population .
