内科老年住院患者生命质量的研究

目的：对综合性医院内科老年住院患者的生命质量进行调查，并探索相关因素。方法：采用健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)和综合性医院焦虑抑郁量表(HAD)对综合性医院中年龄≥65岁的208例内科住院患者进行调查。结果：内科老年住院患者的生命质量8个维度分值均显著低于社区常态老人；生命质量水平与躯体疾病伴发的焦虑和抑郁情绪呈显著负相关；生命质量与患者的文化程度、病程和既往住院次数密切相关。结论：躯体疾病严重影响老年住院患者的生命质量，了解其相关因素为进一步实施干预提供了客观依据。

A study on the quality of life of elderly inpatients of department of internal medicine in general hospital

Objective:To investigate the quality of life and its correlated factors of elderly inpatients of department of internal medicine in general hospital. Method:208 inpatients aged 65 or over of department of internal medicine were assessed with the short-form-36 health survey (SF-36) as well as the hospital anxiety and depression scale (HAD). Results:The quality of life of elderly inpatients of internal departments was much lowered than that of the control group of community usual aging,which could be shown from the decreased scores of 8 related aspects in the investigating group.The study also showed the significantly positive correlation between the quality of life and such negative emotion as anxiety and depression which occurred in association with somatopathies.The quality of life was found in the study to bear close relationships with several factors,such as the positive correlation with the level of education,and the negative correlation with both the duration of disease and theoccurrence of hospitalization. Conclusion:Somatic diseases had dramatically affected the quality of life of elderly inpatients,which may provide some strategies for efficient interventions.
