宫颈癌组织中乙酰肝素酶表达的临床研究

目的通过对宫颈癌组织中乙酰肝素酶(HPA)的检测,探讨HPA在宫颈癌发生、发展、转移潜力中的作用。方法采用免疫组化染色检测56例宫颈癌组织中HPA的表达,并与13例正常宫颈组织和16例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)组织作为对照,分析HPA表达在宫颈癌中的作用。结果56例宫颈癌患者中HPA表达阳性率高达76.8%,正常宫颈中HPA无表达,CIN组织中HPA表达阳性率为18.8%。宫颈癌的分化程度、临床分型浸润深度、淋巴结转移与宫颈癌组织中HPA表达相关(P值≤0.05);宫颈癌患者的年龄、病理类型与宫颈癌组织中HPA表达无相关性(P值>0.05)。结论HPA表达在宫颈癌组织中明显增高,与宫颈癌的进展和转移潜力有关,可能参与宫颈癌的进展与转移并做为宫颈癌的发生及发展的一个新的判断指标。

Clinical Study on Expression of HPA in Cervical Carcinoma

Objective To discuss the oncogenesis,devolpement, metastasis of cervical carcinoma through detection of HPA in this tissue.Methods The immunohistochemical method was used to detect HPA of 56 cases and 13 normal tissue and 16 cases of CIN patient.The results was analyzed.Results The expression positive rate of HPA was 76.8% in carcinoma group,18.8% in CIN group and no expression in normal group.The differential degree,infiltration and metastasis had correlation with the expression with significance(P<0.05) but the age and type.Conclusion The HPA had high expression that might relate with the differential degree,infiltration and metastasis.This might be a reference data for the oncogenesis and development of cervical carcinoma in the future.
