闽产鲍鱼壳中碳酸钙微量元素和氨基酸的分析

摘    要:采用EDTA滴定法、高频电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法、酸水解法分别测定闽产鲍鱼壳中碳酸钙、微量元素及氨基酸含量。结果表明,其碳酸钙含量高达92%,含16种微量元素及17种氨基酸,为开发利用闽产鲍鱼壳提供了可靠的科学依据。

Abstract:With the methods of EDTA titration and ICP AES, the contents of Calcium Carbonate, trace elements and amino acids in the shells of Fujian Haliotis has been determined. The result showes that, beside 92% of Calcium Carbonate contents, there are 16 kinds of trace element and 17 kinds of amino acids. It provides the scientific evidence for the application and development of the shells.
