静力交锁髓内钉治疗胫骨多段骨折

目的观察静力交锁髓内钉在胫骨多段骨折中的治疗效果。方法2000年2月至2003年2月对28例胫骨多段骨折采用静力交锁髓内钉治疗，男21例，女7例，年龄21～61岁，全部为闭合性骨折，伴有腓骨骨折25例，骨折距上、下胫腓联合7cm内，作相应内固定处理。结果28例得到随访，骨折全部愈合，无锁钉及髓内钉松动、断裂。膝踝关节功能正常。迟延愈合1例。结论静力交锁髓内钉在治疗胫骨多段骨折中具有创伤小、固定坚强、骨折愈合率高、能早期活动、感染率低等优点，是胫骨多段骨折一种有效的内固定方法。

Segmental Fractures of the Tibia Treated with a Static Interlocking Intramedullary Nail

Objective To observe the curative effect of static interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of tibial semental fracture.Methods 28 cases of tibial semental fractures were treated by static interlocking nails from Feb.2000 to Feb.2003.Male 21,female 7,aged from 21 to 61.All cases was close fracture,and treated using unreamed nails.25 with fibula fracture,the internal fixation treatment were performed in 7 cm of superior and inferior tibiofibular joint.Results 28 cases were followed up.All fractures were healed.No locking-screw and nail was loosen or broken.The function of knee and ankle joint were normal.One case of delayed healing.Conclusion The application of static interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of tibial semental fracture has advantages of less trauma,strong fixation,high healing rate.early motion can be obtained and the infection rate is low.Static interlocking intramedullary nail is suitable for segmental fractures of the tibia.
