| 摘 要： | 本文连续观察了犬冠状动脉结扎２．５ｈ并再灌注１ｈ内血流动力学、室性心律失常、心肌梗塞范围等指标的变化以及硫酸镁及巯甲丙脯酸对上述指标的影响。结果表明：硫酸镁不仅具有明显的抗室性心律失常的作用，且具有限制心肌梗塞范围，改善血流动力学的功能，尽管其限制心梗范围及改善心功能的作用弱于巯甲丙脯酸，但本文结果仍显示：硫酸镁可取代钙通道阻滞剂，安全的用于急性心肌梗塞，且与巯甲丙脯酸联用可能具有更好的效应。

| Abstract: | Hemodynamics,ventricular arrhythmias and infarction size were observedcontineously during the period of the 2.5h post ligation of coronary artery followed lh reper-fusion of coronary artery. The effects of magnesium sulfate and captopril on above parame-ters have also been studied. The results showed that magnesium sulfate have an antiarrhythmic effect,the effect ofrestricting infarction size and the effects of improving hemodynamics.The results indicatedthat magnesium sulfate could replace calcium channel blockers to be used in acute myocardiolinfarction safetly. The better results may be attained by combined with captopril. |
