协同护理模式在肺癌经支气管动脉介入治疗中的应用研究

目的:探讨协同护理模式应用于支气管肺癌患者经支气管动脉介入治疗护理中的实施效果。方法:将72例支气管肺癌住院患者随机分为对照组和观察组。两组患者均接受经支气管动脉介入输注化疗药物等治疗,在此基础上对照组接受常规护理,观察组按照协同护理模式进行护理。比较两组患者治疗后对介入治疗认知程度的及格率、并发症、住院时间及医疗费用等。结果:观察组患者对介入治疗认知程度的及格率为94.44%,明显高于对照组72.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低、住院时间短、医疗费用低,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:应用协同护理模式对支气管肺癌患者经支气管动脉介入治疗进行护理可提高护理质量。

Exploratory development of collaborative care for bronchiogenic carcinoma patients with bronchial artery infusion

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of application of collaborative care for bronchiogenic carcinoma patients with bronchial artery infusion.Method Total 72 patients with bronchiogenic carcinoma were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.All of patients were treated with bronchial artery infusion to infuse chemotherapeutics.Patients in the observation group were managed by collaborative care,patients in the control group were managed by routine mode.Then the cognition degree of bronchial artery infusion,the rate of complication,hospital stay and costs were compared between the two groups.Results The cognition degree of bronchial artery infusion in the observation group（94.44%） were significantly higher than those of the control group（72.22%）（P〈0.05）.The hospital stay,the rate of complication and costs of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Collaborative care can improve clinical efficacy of bronchiogenic carcinoma patients with bronchial artery infusion.
