| 摘 要： | 目的比较电针与温针治疗强直性脊柱炎的临床疗效差异。方法将60例强直性脊柱炎患者随机分为两组，观察组30例采用温针疗法治疗，对照组30例运用电针疗法治疗，并进行疗效对比。结果观察组治愈率为40．0％，总有效率为96．7％；对照组治愈率为10．0％，总有效率为26．7％，两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论温针治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效明显优于电针治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture with warm needling in treating ankylosing spondylitis. Methods Sixty patients with ankylosing spondylitis were randomly allocated to two groups. The observation group of 30 cases was treated by warm needling and the control group of 30 cases, with electroacupuncture. The therapeutic effects were compared. Results The cure rate and the total marked efficacy rate were 40.0% and 96.7%, respectively, in the observation group and 10.0% and 26.7%, respectively, in the control group. There was a statistically significant difference in therapeutic effect between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of warm needling is superior to that of electroacupuncture in treating ankylosing spondylitis. |
